Easements

A Conservation Easement is private property or
that has been entrusted to LPCCT for
conservation protection. As such, it is protected
from commercial development, even by future
owners. LPCCT manages the Pine Lake Assembly
Conservation Easement on the north shore of
Pine Lake.
